A Food Grade Coating for enhanced shelf life for use in the external treatment of meat products with/without natural/alginate casings, also adding color retention.
An antimicrobial and antioxidant product extending shelf life by controlling spoilage organisms and pathogens, providing color retention.
Ingredients
A blend Glycerin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Stabiliser, Stabiliser and Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate
Packaging
It is supplied as a liquid in 25 liter drums.
Usage Guideline
The addition rate is as follows:
1.0ml for 0 – 500g of meat
1.5ml for 0.5 kg – 1 kg of meat
2.5ml for 1kg + of meat

Stability
Claryn coating 402 is stable for 24 months from date of production. The product should be stored in a cool dry and clean environment, out of direct sunlight.
