Our entire business is driven around food safety. Our products are essentially developed to enhance the food safety of our customer’s food products. Our products combat issues such as Listeria Monocytogenes, E-Coli and yeasts and molds, and make food better and safer. Food Pathogen Protection is required by law in many countries, and Mondilor provides products that can be both bacteriocidal and bacteriostatic – such as Vectusem, Mondesem, and Claryn. Food pathogens including Lysteria Monocytogenes, Chlostridium, Pseudomonas, Ecoli, Salmonella etc. are regularly eliminated at regular concentrations ie. below 500 cfu’s.
The Puren range of clean label shelf life ingredients are broadly bacteriostatic reducing the growth of pathogens.
Food safety for us, however, begins in our own factories. This starts as the receipt of ingredients, to the production and packing of our products and to the dispatching and delivery of our goods. Our in-situ food safety management teams monitor all aspects of food safety, to ensure that our products are safe for use and can do their work effectively as a ingredients in our customer’s products.
Our production plants operate a HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) methodology and are certified through independent food safety bodies.
