Puren Range
Puren is a range of effective shelf life enhancement products for the meat, bakery and general food industry. The products are blends of organic acids, lactates and salts that provide an effective low cost solution to extending the shelf life in food. The Puren range is safe to use and addition rates are low – usually around 0.5%.
